Looking for something more personal, but don’t mind working alongside with another person. Get the best of both worlds with my semi-private training sessions! Each workout is personalized and focused on your individual goals and needs. Expect a high intense circuit workout that will challenge you in the best way possible, let’s have some fun as we reach all your fitness goals together!

Semi- private sessions are about 60 mins long and include a warmup, workout circuit, and cool down/stretch. Bi-weekly check-ins will be required.


Semi-private sessions  are offered MWF in DC & Tuesday and Thursday in Columbia MD.
