Service Description

This 30 min session will focus on highlighting and relieving stress from your body— from working out, or everyday movements. We will focus on deep stretches, poses, and breathing. These stretch sessions will be target towards the entire body, helping with range of motion and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule any of your sessions please notify your trainer at least 24 hours ahead of time. Anything after 24 hours period will not be allowed to be rolled over to another day.
